Shiloh's Ark Cafe was created and started by a simple passion of baking and enjoying indulgent sweets! Living in a small town that is growing constantly can be tough when you have a craving for a specific item--and we are here to give you that!

We started out as a catering and home business, but plan to open up our brick and mortar in the next few months! We are located at 104 Troy Plaza Loop, Troy AL 36081. Located right off of Hwy 231 and in front of both hotels in Troy-- making it easy for visitors to stop in and locals to swing by.

COMING SOON!! Not only will we be a bakery, but a small coffee shop as well! With seating options, community WiFi, and more than enough outlets--this can become your new study spot or a stop on the way to and from work. For parents and busy bees--we've added a walk up togo window, so you don't have to be away from your route or kiddos for too long!

Shiloh is our sweetest inspiration! She came into my life 10 years ago and has been a bright light ever since. So much so that I couldn't think of any other name for this business! She is a German Shepherd born on a small farm in Marietta, GA and is the oldest of all the dogs in our family. My grandmother bred German Shepherds, so it is a tradition in my family to own one. We took the rule a bit too seriously and we now have 4 German Shepherds across 4 states (and a Doodle)!
